Shipping Information

 

Shipping costs depend on the number of bottles ordered.  

We use FedEX to deliver all packages. Shipping carrier does not ship to P.O.

Boxes, but do ship to all residential and business addresses.

Adult Signature Required. There is a legal age requirement for any shipment of alcohol which must be signed for by an adult that is 21 years or older. No exceptions. Alcohol shipments are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" stipulation, and the common carrier used for delivery is required to ask for and verify ID before delivering merchandise.

 

Adult signature required upon delivery all purchases must be made by individuals age 21 and older.  Delivery carrier will require proof of age, and a signature is required for all deliveries. Only persons age 21 and older can accept delivery.

 

FedEX will not deliver to an intoxicated person. Please drink responsibly. If no one over the age of 21 is available to sign for the package, it will not be left. Therefore we recommend you ship to a work or business address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, FPO or APO addresses.

 

Interstate shipping all merchandise from Artisanal Liquor Club is sold in Oregon and title passes to buyer in Oregon. By placing your order, you authorize Artisanal Liquor Club to engage a common carrier on your behalf to deliver the merchandise to your specified address. We make no representation as to the legal right of anyone to ship or import wines into any state or country outside of Oregon. When selecting to ship to another state, you assume all responsibility for determining whether you may lawfully import alcoholic beverages into that state. As interstate shipping laws are continually changing, please check with an appropriate agency before placing your order.

Please note that interstate shipments may incur additional taxes from the final destination location. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

All order placed by the last day of the month will be shipped between the 15th and 20th of the following month excluding weekends and holidays and have a 10 day return policy on items purchased in error must be factory sealed and in original condition.  Unfortunately due to state laws we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages if the product is not defective or shipped in error. The purchaser of all alcoholic beverages is representing that he/she is acting in compliance with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase.

 

Club purchases are shipped between the 15th and the 20th of each month. 

 


Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests if the order has not yet been processed, however we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated.  Please order carefully.  Cancellations are subject to 5% cancellation fee.  If an order is already in transit or delivered it cannot be cancelled.

 

 

Where do you deliver?

We currently only deliver within the United States. Due to state regulations, certain products may only be shipped to specific states. Please refer to the shipping information at checkout to confirm if we can ship to your location.

We deliver to Florida, Kentucky, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, West Virginia, District of Columbia, and New York.

 

When will my order arrive?

All order placed by the last day of the month will be shipped between the 15th and 20th of the following month.  Orders typically take 2-5 business days for delivery once shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location and item availability. 

 

On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order and in that case, we will notify you by email. All Shipping Carrier transit times are

only in effect after your order is shipped. Depending on your location, the shipment can take anywhere from 1-5 business days additional in transit. We cannot guarantee any shipments by a specific date, nor

will be held responsible for any shipping instructions given on an order. We will do our best to accommodate the Customer in any way.

 

Delivery Attempt

It is the Customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery for an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package, 2 subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your package will be returned to sender. The Customer will incur the cost of the return shipping and a 5% cancellation fee. If the Customer wishes to have the order reshipped, a reshipment fee will apply. If a package is lost or damaged as a result of being returned to sender due to the Customer failing to be present for delivery, Company assumes no responsibility or liability for the loss or damage of the package.

 

All Company deliveries require an adult signature. On occasion, without

Company’s consent or knowledge, Shipping providers may not adhere to this requirement and will leave the package at the delivery address. Company is not liable for package loss or theft following delivery to the Buyer’s address as provided to Company.

 

Hold At Carrier Location

If the Customer arranges with the carrier for a package to be held at a carrier location for pickup, it is the Customer’s responsibility to pickup the package within 5 business days. Failure to do so will result in your package being returned to sender. The Customer will incur the cost of the return shipping and a 5% cancellation fee. If the Customer wishes to have the order reshipped, a reshipment fee will apply. If a package is lost or damaged as a result of being returned to sender as a due to the Customer failing to pickup the package within the prescribed time-frame, Company assumes no responsibility or liability forthe loss or damage of the package.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

If the Customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Company will make all reasonable attempts to update the address with the carrier. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address, lost or damaged as a result of the Customer providing an incorrect address, Company assumes no responsibility

or liability for the loss or damage. If the incorrect address cannot be updated with the carrier Company will attempt to have the package returned to sender. The Customer will incur the cost of the return shipping and a 5% cancellation fee. If the Customer wishes to have the order reshipped, a reshipment fee

will apply. If a package is lost or damaged as a result of being returned to sender due to the Customer providing an incomplete or incorrect address, Company assumes no responsibility or liability for the loss or damage of the package.

 

Extreme Weather

Company shall not be responsible for any product damage that occurs due to extreme temperatures during shipping. Company strongly urges you to consider the effect of weather conditions prior to ordering products. Potential heat exposure during warm weather conditions and extreme cold during the winter months may damage products during shipping. We define these temperature readings or predicted temperatures of greater than 75 degrees or less than 45 degrees Fahrenheit. If you notify Company that you would like your order to be put on hold until temperature conditions are more suitable for shipping, Company will do so at no additional cost.

 

Insurance

Company automatically provides insurance for each order placed online as included in the shipping cost. Our insurance policy solely insures shipments against breakage and loss from the time of purchase to the time of delivery. Shipping insurance does not cover scratched and/or scuffed labels and /or capsules, cracked wax seals and/or capsules, damaged bottle packaging boxes or seepage. Buyer is strongly advised to purchase secondary insurance for any and all items purchased from Company as Company nor it’s agents assume any responsibility for the aforementioned deterioration resulting from shipment and/or packaging. Shipping insurance does not cover any packages that are returned to sender because of any of the following reasons: a.) the Customer’s failure to be available for delivery, b.) the Customer’s failure to

pickup the package from a carrier pickup location within the prescribed time-frame, c.) the Customer providing an incomplete or incorrect address to Company. No refund or replacement will be provided to the customer in these instances.

 

Vintages, Batches and Casks

Unless a vintage, batch or cask is specifically mentioned in a products name then Company may ship you any vintage, batch or cask variant of the product that you ordered.

 

Product Images

The product shipped may differ slightly from the product image displayed on Company’s website. Product packaging is constantly being updated and we do everything in our power to keep product images up to date. However we make no guarantees of the exact bottle shape or label design that is shipped to the

customer unless it is specified as a special and/or limited edition or an older-style bottling.

 

Shipping Time

All order placed by the last day of the month will be shipped between the 15th and 20th of the following month excluding weekends and holidays.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Shipping or transit times provided are estimates. To avoid delays, we encourage placing orders in advance.
