Black Saddle is a 12 Year Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey that is matured for at least 12 years in charred, American oak casks.  As a result of this maturation process, the bourbon has a rich amber color along with aromas of nougat, creme brulee and sarsaparilla candy that is fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body gives way to notes of warming, peppery spice, toasted cinnamon, and hints of vanilla.
