The Elements Sherry Cask is the world’s first whisky matured in Kosher sherry casks. Using both Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez specially made to season the casks that end up maturing this whisky under the Tel Aviv sun. Great care was taken to not let the sherry dominate the drinking experience, instead cultivating a complex medley of flavor in what is fast becoming a modern classic.
